For our children who are 13 and under, we have partnered with T.O.S.S. Academy to offer another one of the world's most highly rated self defense programs, Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

WHAT IF I HAVE PREVIOUS INJURIES THAT AFFECT ME?
We will work with you to modify the techniques as needed and still be effective. We emphasize that everyone work at their own pace and abilities.
WILL I GET HURT?
Safety is our number one priority and every measure is taken to prevent injury. However, as with all athletic endeavors and hand to hand training in particular, injuries can and do happen. They are generally minor, such as bruises or strains. Knowing your abilities and limits, and communicating those with the staff and your training partners will go far to prevent serious injury.
WHAT IS THE PRICE?
Our goal is to make self defense training accessible to as many people as possible, which is why you will not find a better rate anywhere!
We do not require contracts, it is all month to month with a 30 day cancellation.

HOW DO I KNOW IF KRAV MAGA OR JIU-JITSU IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Come try a class! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend a free trial period.

Come in! Visit us on any Tuesday or Thursday night.
Please arrive about 10 minutes before the start time listed on the Class Schedule.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and please leave all jewelry at home.
